Walnuts are mostly found tasty. It contains vitamins and other minerals which fix internal body destruction and physical weakness. Take one walnut for strong memory get relieve from headache and also feed to your kids.

Massage through walnut oil is useful to relieve muscle tension and hair darkness in winter season. Walnut should not be taken in plenty particularly when its seed gets older then threw it away. Older walnuts are harmful therefore eat it with others and share it with love. Store it in freezer, take out as per desire, wet in boiled water, break it through hammer by hitting at joint to find out whole seed. Similarly, take a few almonds, wet in tap water for a few minutes. Now tilt it before breaking to find out whole seed. Not need to store almond in freezer.
